A few months ago, we received the order from a German plant manufacturer for the cement industry to supply UHPC wear protection material. The material was used in a new grinding plant in a cement plant in Serbia.

The customer specifies UHPC wear protection lining for piping, chutes, cyclones and classifiers. The plant components were lined on site by a local installation company with a layer thickness of 20 mm / 0,78 inch. We used more than 20 ton of UHPC wear protection material for this project.
A supervisor of us supervised the complete work. All lined parts could be installed in the grinding plant after a drying time of
24 hours.

We were given a 15-year warranty on the entire UHPC lining. We have the corresponding experience and UHPC material qualities. There are a few cyclone liners in European cement plants that have had a UHPC wear protection lining for more than 20 years.
