Pipe line inspection with a camera and repairing of the damaged pipe components with UHPC wear protection

For many customers from the power plant, steelworks and mining industries, we supply pipe parts of all sizes for pneumatic conveyor lines.
These pipe elements are lined with UHPC wear protection. High conveyor speeds and aggressive materials cause steel piping to wear extremely quickly and affect production. For this reason, the conveyor lines are provided with a wear protection.

For old conveyor lines, we check on customer request the current condition of the lining with a moving, mobile camera. If damage is detected, the damaged pipe parts can be replaced in a targeted manner.
 
The current project involves a production line in a steelworks that has been in use for over 15 years. The pneumatic pipeline has a total length of over 200 m. The condition of the pipe and its branches and a precise identification of the damaged pipe parts should be checked. For the replacement of the damaged pipe parts, we delivered new UHPC wear protection lined pipe parts.
